What we collect
When you submit a film, request a private screening or contact us, we store the information you give us: your name, email address and, for submissions, your legal name, postal address and phone number, together with the materials you upload. We also record the network address and browser of the request to protect the service against abuse.
How we protect it
Personal details are encrypted at rest. Uploaded materials are stored privately and are never published or served from a public URL; only authorised NFHitFilms staff can open them, and every access is logged. Private screening links are personal, password-protected and expire seven days after approval; unlocks and playback are logged.
How we use it
To review your submission, respond to your request, and, if we decide to work together, to prepare an agreement. We do not sell personal data and we do not use submitted materials for anything other than evaluation without a written agreement with you.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you, by writing to us through the contact page. We keep submissions for up to 24 months after the last contact unless an agreement is in place.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking cookies. A session cookie is set only when you unlock a private screening or sign in to the team area, and it exists only to keep you signed in.
